Refund policy

At Precious Pharmacy, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because we handle pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the clinical integrity of all medications.

 


1. General Policy
Items bought in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy premises or have been successfully delivered to you.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, tampered with, or incorrect, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
● To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with
your order number and a photo of the item.
● Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and public health reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on the following:
● Prescription Medications: Once dispensed and delivered, these cannot be returned.
● Cold-Chain Items: Any products requiring refrigeration (e.g., Insulin).
● Unsealed Items: Any wellness or hygiene products where the original manufacturer seal is broken.


4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Card) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank..
